Here is some information for you.
You should receive a confirmation email from us within the next 24-48 hours. If it does not arrive – please let us know.
It is important that you receive our emails as they will contain important information about accessing the virtual conference.
You will also be sent a VAT receipt via our system. If it does not arrive, check out our help page here – you will also find it with the help documents you will find on the drop down menu from the ‘Services’ menu on the site header.
This explains how you can download your pdf receipt from your account area in the Landlord Law site.
We will be importing all conference delegates into the virtual conference website nearer the time. You will be notified when this has been done.
You will then receive numerous emails from the Conference website giving links to all the talks so you can access them easily.
If you experience any problems please let us know, either via the green button help service or by emailing use direct at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Note that you will need to be logged in in future to access this page, but if you forget how to do this you can always get a new password via the ‘Lost your password’ link on the login page. You need to use the email you used when your purchased your Conference place.
