Legal help, services and support for private residential landlords
Every month we run a training webinar for our Landlord Law members.
The webinars are all recorded and Business Level members can watch them all here.
We are now making some of these available individually for purchase by non-members.
NB If you are a Basic Level member it may be more cost-effective for you to switch your membership to watch the recordings. If you are a Business Level Member you can watch all the recordings here.
All the talks were as accurate as the speakers could make them at the time of delivery. However, note that law is constantly changing and some aspects of the law may have changed since the talk was given. Please bear this in mind when listening to the talks and obtain up to date legal advice before relying on them.
Please now select from the items below. You will find more information about the talk on the purchase page. If you have not purchased from us before please read our Purchase FAQ first.

Q: If I find that the talk is not relevant to me can I cancel?
A: You can cancel and get a full refund provided you let us know within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you want to cancel please notify us via the green button support service.
A: What is the green button support service?
A; If you look on your right you should see a green button at the bottom of the screen. To find out how to use this see our tour here (it will open in a new window, you may need to wait for it to load).
Q: Can I pay on invoice?
A: Sorry, no. You can pay using your card (which can be a credit or debit card) or by pay pal. No other payment methods are available for the training talks.
Q: What if the recording will not play on my system?
A: It should do. We use standard software which is used all over the world and the vast majority of our customers have no problems. However, if you cannot watch the recordings, you can always cancel (provided you notify us within 30 days) and get a full refund.
Q: How can I be sure that the information in the talks is reliable?
A: All of the talks here are delivered by either by specialist housing barristers and solicitors or by expert trainers. They are all specialists in their area of law or practice.
Q: Why do you only give access to the talks for 1 year?
A: Law changes over time and we will be deleting talks from this page when they become out of date. Twelve months should be ample time for you to watch your talk but if you need extra time, contact us as we can extend it for you.
Q: What if I subsequently join Landlord Law? Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you join Landlord Law within 30 days of buying your talk, we will refund the cost of the most recent talk you purchased. However, you need to tell us as this will not be done automatically. Only one talk will be refunded.
