The Comparable Properties Assessment Pack

Since 1 May 2026 and the coming into force of the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, tenants have had far greater rights to challenge proposed rent increases in the First-tier Tribunal.

To help, we are currently preparing a new kit – the Landlord Law Market Rent and Tribunal Kit.  This will help landlords research the open market rent for your property and defend any challenge brought to the Tribunal by your tenants.
