HMO Law and Practice

1 Day Workshop with solicitor David Smith

Watch David Smith's introduction to our previous workshop where he discusses HMOs generally

Did you know: A property is normally an HMO if there are three or more unrelated tenants - whether or not it requires licensing

This workshop is sponsored by Anthony Gold Solicitors

A one day course for Landlords & Letting Agents

WARNING: There are only limited places available so if you want to attend early booking is recommended

What are workshops?

  • Our workshops are small classes (generally between 10-20 attendees) where the trainer is able to give more focused and detailed training on specific issues.

  • As the classes are small, there is much more scope for discussion and interaction, both within the group and with the trainer. People generally find them very rewarding.
