West Northamptonshire Council

On 1 April 2021, Northamptonshire’s County Council and its seven District and Borough councils were replaced by the new West Northamptonshire Council and North Northamptonshire Council.

West Northamptonshire Council now delivers public services, previously served by Daventry, Northampton, South Northamptonshire and Northamptonshire County Councils to residents and businesses in West Northamptonshire.

West Northamptonshire Council is the local authority for West Northamptonshire, a local government district in the ceremonial county of Northamptonshire, England. It is a unitary authority, being a district council which also performs the functions of a county council.
