Conference Norwich 2020

Thank you for your booking on our 2020 Conference in Norwich.

The Venue

The Conference Venue is Dunston Hall Hotel, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR14 8PQ.

You will find a Google map on your right (or below if you are viewing this on mobile).

Travel and parking

Dunston Hall is just outside Norwich and has its own free on-site parking for delegates.

For people travelling by train, you will need to get a taxi to the venue – it is about 20 minutes away by car.


Dunston Hall Hotel are holding a limited number of rooms of Conference delegates at the following rates:

  • Bed and Breakfast Single Occupancy – £109.00 per room.
  • Bed and Breakfast Twin/Double Occupancy – £115.00 per room
  • Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Single Occupancy – £133.00 per room
  • Dinner. Bed and Breakfast Twin/Double Occupancy – £157.00 per room

(Dinner includes a £28.00 per person allocation towards food in the restaurant)

A £50.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid on booking with the remainder due on arrival.

Bedrooms must be booked via the hotel central reservations team on 0845 0740060.  You will need to say that you are a delegate at the Landlord Law Conference.

Note that the hotel have told us that there may sometimes be the opportunity to book rooms at lower prices depending on when the booking takes place (as there are sometimes special deals available), but these prices and rooms will be held for us until 6 weeks before the Conference.

If you want to stay over the night before the Conference you are strongly advised to book a room in advance, particularly if you want to stay at the venue hotel, as our experience is that they inevitably sell out close to the conference date.

Pre-Conference Dinner on 11th May

We always arrange for a meal the night before the Conference for delegates staying at the hotel and nearby.

We will be doing this for the 2020 Conference and details will be provided nearer the time.

Refreshments and meals at the Conference

A buffet lunch and refreshments in the comfort breaks are provided as part of the Conference package.

If you have any special diet requirements and have not already told us please let us know.


Please see our  terms and conditions.  You can cancel without penalty during the first 14 days after payment, cancellations after that are subject to a £25 administration fee.  Note that we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations during the last 14 days before the Conference takes place.
