The pets form is in pdf format.  The first two pages are guidance notes which are to help you use the form.  They are not intended to be given to your tenant.

Read the guidance notes carefully before completing the form and giving it to your tenant for signature.

Ideally, you should read it over with your tenant so they understand their obligations before they sign.

The pets form on Landlord Law

This is a slightly adapted version of a pets form we have had for some time as part of our Landlord Law documents.  The Landlord Law form is completed online and created through our ‘document generator’ system.  This means that there is no need to add any of the information in handwriting.
