If none of the previous situations apply then it will be an occupation contract.  However, there are two types of occupation contract:

• Secure contracts – which are mostly with ‘community landlords’, and
• Standard contracts – which are mostly used by ‘private’ landlords

Note that Landlord Law only deals with the private rented sector, so if you are seeking advice on secure contracts, this is not available on Landlord Law.
