A form to amend your tenancy agreement to allow your tenant to keep a pet and to introduce special clauses to protect your position as the landlord. Including clauses requiring the tenant to care for the pet, ensure it does no damage to the property and is properly vaccinated and microchipped if appropriate.
It also provides for the care of the animal if the tenant becomes incapacitated and unable to look after it, and for (in England) the appropriate fee where you are amending an existing tenancy agreement.
