The Renters Rights Act 2025Â is the biggest change to the private rented sector in over 30 years.
Stage 1 of the Act came into force on 1 May 2026. Getting things wrong could mean invalid notices, lost possession rights, or costly Local Authority fines.
This online Masterclass will guide you through what the new rules mean in practice, and what you need to do now to protect your position.
