The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 is the biggest change to the private rented sector in over 30 years.
Stage 1 of the Act will come into force on 1 May 2026. Getting things wrong could mean invalid notices, lost possession rights, or costly Local Authority fines.
This live online Masterclass will guide you through what the new rules mean in practice, and what you need to do now to protect your position.
The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 Masterclass is delivered by Tessa Shepperson, BA, LLB, solicitor and founder of Landlord Law.
Tessa has over 25 years experience advising on residential landlord and tenant law and practice.

We will then cancel your purchase (and your access) and refund your money within 14 days.

A: Yes, you can cancel at any time up to 5.00 pm on 20 April 2026 and get a full refund. All requests for cancellation should be made via our Green Button support service. This does not affect your statutory rights. Although alternatively, we will be happy to transfer your booking to someone else.

Mac users should note that the system does not work well with Safari (but it is easy to install Chrome or Firefox on a Mac - you may already be using them).
