Renters Rights Act Master Class

A practical guide for landlords and letting agents before the 1st May changes

The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 is the biggest change to the private rented sector in over 30 years.

Stage 1 of the Act will come into force on 1 May 2026.  Getting things wrong could mean invalid notices, lost possession rights, or costly Local Authority fines.

This live online Masterclass will guide you through what the new rules mean in practice, and what you need to do now to protect your position.

The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 Masterclass is delivered by Tessa Shepperson, BA, LLB, solicitor and founder of Landlord Law.

Tessa has over 25 years experience advising on residential landlord and tenant law and practice.
