Here is some information for you.
You should receive a confirmation email from us within the next 24-48 hours. If it does not arrive – please let us know.
It is important that you receive our emails as they will contain important information about accessing the event.
You will also be sent a VAT receipt via our system. If it does not arrive, check out our help page here – you will also find it with the help documents you will find on the drop-down menu from the ‘Services’ menu on the site header.
The help page explains how you can download your pdf receipt from your account area on the Landlord Law site.
Make sure you let us know ASAP the name and email address of the delegate(s) so we can make sure that the right people are given access.
We will be importing all delegates into the event website nearer the time. You will be notified when this has been done.
You will then receive numerous emails from the online event system (which is run by a service called Hey Summit) giving links to all the talks so you can access them easily.
If you experience any problems please let us know via the green button help service – you will find the green button at the bottom right of the screen on Landlord Law pages.

Note that you will need to be logged in in future to access this page. To log in, your username is the email you used when you made your purchase. If you forget your password (which would have been set up when you booked your place) you can always get a new one via the ‘Lost your password’ link on the login page.
