Someone should be in touch with you from JMW within 2 working days.
Note that they will need to carry out various checks (which all solicitors need to do) and also make sure that they do not have any ‘conflict of interest’ in acting for you.
Once those checks are completed they will require a payment on account from you for the relevant fee.
If you have not heard from JMW within that time let us know via the green support service (explained here) and we will contact them to find out what has happened.
