Virtual Event Booking Form – payment via invoice

Use this form if you want to book a place on one of our events and pay by invoice.

Note that attendance at our events is conditional upon payment in advance or receipt of a Local Authority purchase order number or equivalent

If you do not know the names of all the delegates yet, this is fine, just give the number you are booking for and say that details will follow later.

Will your organisation require us to complete a supplier form?
If this is the case, then can you arrange for this to be sent by your accounts department to Tessa Shepperson at [email protected] as soon as possible.

After you have completed the form and sent it to us by clicking the submit button below, we will arrange for an invoice to be sent to you via email for payment.

If you will need us to complete a supplier form and obtain a purchase order number, please arrange for your accounts dept to send this to Tessa Shepperson at [email protected].

Note that payment must be received before the date of the event.
