The Landlord Law Member Tips

Landlord Law is a large site with a great deal of information and many useful resources, and new members often need help and guidance in navigating it.

We therefore have a series of Member Tips which are sent out in weekly emails after a member has joined.

They explain and give links to various features and site content. For example how to find content, the document generator, and important site content such as the kits and documents available.

There are over 50 member tips emails, so the series goes on for nearly a year!

The Daily Tips

These are the newest tips. They are mostly inspired by news items and new court and tribunal decisions, with each tip explaining a short, practical point for landlords.

Sometimes they highlight a new development. Sometimes they are a reminder of an existing rule or something landlords can easily overlook.

The Daily Tips cover residential landlord and tenant law and practice in England. They are sent by email every weekday, excluding bank holidays.

They are free, and anyone can sign up. Members who want to receive them should sign up too, as membership does not automatically add you to the Daily Tips mailing list. Subscribers also receive our free Weekly Bulletin.

We have now set up a Daily Tips Archive for Landlord Law members, so useful tips can be found again rather than disappearing into your inbox.

I am also starting to add lists of relevant tips to other site content, including some of the Kits and our A-Z page.
