Landlord Law Fundamentals – A Monthly Training Series

August 20, 2026

Landlord Law FundamentalsPage updated 22 August 2026

Between September 2022 and December 2023, I ran a series of monthly training webinars covering all aspects of renting property in the Private Rented Sector.

However, with the coming into force of the Renters’ Rights Act, much of that training is now out of date.

So I have decided to relaunch the series in a fully updated form.  The first webinar in June was on Background Law.  The next webinar will be on rent issues and will be in September.

About the webinar series

The webinars are designed to provide practical, legally accurate guidance for landlords and letting agents operating under the new post-Renters’ Rights Act regime.

The series will only be available to Landlord Law members, but non-members wanting access can always sign up for a monthly membership (which can be cancelled at any time).

CPD certificates will be available on request, based on attendance records logged by our webinar system.

In addition, the usual one-hour CPD questionnaire will remain available exclusively to Business Level members.

Members can sign up via the registration widget on the Members Dashboard.
