Landlord Law Fundamentals – A New Monthly Training Series

May 18, 2026

Landlord Law FundamentalsBetween September 2022 and December 2023, I ran a series of monthly training webinars covering all aspects of renting property in the Private Rented Sector.

However, with the coming into force of the Renters’ Rights Act, much of that training is now out of date.

So I have decided to relaunch the series in a fully updated form, starting with a webinar on Background Law.  This will take place on Thursday, 11 June.

About the webinar series

The webinars are designed to provide practical, legally accurate guidance for landlords and letting agents operating under the new post-Renters’ Rights Act regime.

Unlike the previous series, which was available only to members, the new training sessions will also be open to non-members.

Non-members will be able to attend individual sessions for just £18 inclusive of VAT (£15 + VAT).

Non-members paying for access will get:

  • Access to the live webinar
  • Access to the webinar recording for 12 months
  • Links to relevant Landlord Law content and resources
  • A time-limited opportunity to offset the webinar fee against Landlord Law membership

The optional one-hour CPD questionnaire will remain available exclusively to Business Level members.

We are not offering, at present, an option for non-members to attend all the webinars.  Anyone wishing to do so should consider joining Landlord Law.

As usual, all Landlord Law members will be able to attend the live webinars as part of their membership entitlement.
