Over the past few years we have been developing a number of kits. These focus on a specific issue, such as property inspections, access, damp etc and provides detailed guidance and information.
Most kits are now an integral part of the Landlord Law membership. A few of these are also available for sale to non-members.

This is probably our most popular kit. It gives detailed guidance on how to prepare for and deal with property inspections.

This Kit, based on training with expert Sarah Bradley, is currently only available to Business Level Landlord Law members.
It details the legal obligations that landlords need to comply with when dealing with and transporting waste.
Available just to Landlord Law members (both Basic and Business level members) this Kit looks at the law and rules which apply if the landlord or the tenant die during a tenancy.
This kit refers extensively to section 21 which is due to be abolished when the Renters Reform Bill becomes law. We have therefore removed it from sale although it is still available to view by customers who have bought it. We will be updating it when the new law comes into force.
