The Landlord Law Conference will take place on 12 May 2020
The venue is Dunston Hall Hotel, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR14 8PQ
Dunston Hall is a stunning 4-star hotel set in 150 acres of beautiful Norfolk woodland. It four miles from Norwich Train Station and not far from the A11 with great links to the M11 and A14 and has extensive on-site free parking.
The Conference will take place in the Sunningdale Suite – which has its own entrance lobby and a large terrace with views over the grounds.
The Landlord Law Conference is a serious training event and delegates are mostly professional landlords and letting agents - ideal customers for your business!

Delegates are serious landlords / letting agents who have paid to attend – so will be better prospects for your business.
110-150 delegates
Delegate numbers are normally over 100, and we expect final numbers to be in the region of 110-150 although the venue has capacity to take more if required.
Landlords AND Letting Agents
A unique opportunity to speak to both landlords and letting agents at one event – previous conferences have had approx 40:60 landlords:agents.

Conference talks
Exhibitors stands are in the Conference hall so you can watch all the Conference talks. Or step out onto the adjoining terrace if you want to talk or just take the air.
Refreshments
Unlimited tea, coffee and a two-course buffet lunch included, plus long refreshment breaks allow delegates ample time to view your stand.
Photos and film
We will arrange for professional photographers and film crew to be present to record the event – providing extra exposure for your firm.
Practical points:
- Access for setup in advance (hopefully the day before)
- Free on site parking
- Accommodation is available at the hotel at discretionary rates (see main Conference page)
- Evening meal the night before for delegates staying at the hotel – exhibitors are welcome to attend
Training for you too!
As an exhibitor you will also be able to watch the conference talks – many of our exhibitors enjoy this.
You will probably be able to view all the talks from your stand, or we will provide special seating areas so you can come and go with minimal disruption.
The event carries 5 hours CPD.
