ALL landlords must register with Rent Smart Wales or you may be fined

If you are a landlord –

• EITHER you must be licensed (and have done the training), OR
• You must be using a licensed letting agent

ONLY a licensed landlord or agent can serve a valid possession notice.  If you are registered but not licensed, then you must use solicitors or a licensed letting agent to serve your possession notice.
