Which Tenancy Agreement?
Answer: High rent tenancy
This will not be an assured shorthold tenancy and you will need to use a tenancy agreement suitable for common law tenancies at a high rent. We do not currently have a tenancy form for this but could add one for members if required.
Note that before 1 October 2010, the high rent limit was £25,000. However, on that date, all tenancies with a rent of between £25,000 and £100,000 automatically converted to become assured shorthold tenancies.
