The Landlord Law Podcast – an interview with Jan Hytch

From time to time, I interview someone in the Private Rented Sector for my Landlord Law Podcast, and I was delighted to interview Jan Hych recently.

Jan was formerly a partner in Arnolds Keys, a well-known and much-respected estate and lettings agency in Norwich.

Jan decided, after 30 years, that it was time for a change so retired from Arnolds last year. 

She has a number of projects she is working on, but her main project just now is the setting up and running of the new Propertymark telephone helpline.  A very popular initiative with Propertymark members!
