The Welsh Checklists

I am pleased to announce that the Landlord Law Welsh checklists have now been completed and are online.

We have had checklists for English law for several years now, and I know that many members find them helpful. 

The first four Welsh Checklists were done before Christmas, and I have now done the fifth.

The five checklists are:

3. The New Occupation Contract Checklist Wales
4. The Occupation Contract Management Checklist Wales
5. The End of Contract & Renewals Checklist Wales

Members will find them linked from the Members Dashboard and from the Wales page.

I hope members find them useful.
