“Tessa’s service was invaluable for me and I cannot recommend the service highly enough – Tessa was always very responsive and it was reassuring to know I could post a question and get a swift answer.” Viv of Solihul, landlord
“A comprehensive landlord advice service providing rapid responses to any queries.” John Hendzel, Bristol, landlord
“I have used Landlord Law for five years and the resources they provide have definitely saved me time and money. Tessa is always very responsive and helpful when I have needed to ask questions. The forum pages are full of interesting experiences from other landlords and can help to clarify my knowledge.” Ric Harrison, landlord
I am a lawyer by profession, but no longer practising. I used the Landlord Law service while working in a solicitors’ practice in South Wales in 2005 and found the website and wealth of materials very helpful as a starting point (for further research) in advising clients in landlord and tenant disputes.
Since then I have used the service to assist landlords in finding suitable tenancy agreements for their tenants. I would highly recommend the website and Tessa Shepperson (the brains behind it) when a suitable and well-drafted tenancy agreement is required to protect both landlord and tenant in the current legal framework.
In addition, the site may be used as a helpful and up-to-date resource on other landlord and tenant matters, evictions, deposits schemes and the like.” Boris Kindy, lawyer
“Working with Tessa gave me the reality check and confidence I needed to deal with my problem tenant. The situation was complicated by the fact that the tenant was part of a house share.
Together with the forum, Tessa ensured that I’d covered every eventuality in the event that the case was defended.” Carol Freeman, landlord
