Are you an HMO landlord? Do you need help with your license application?

Every month we run a training webinar for our Landlord Law members.  This month we are delighted to welcome Richard Tacagni of London Property Licensing.

The theme of Richards’s talk is HMO licensing – something he knows very well as an Environmental Health Officer whose consultancy business includes advising landlords on – HMO license applications!

The title of Richards’s talk is ‘Achieving compliance through the HMO licence application process’ and he tells me he will be covering the following:

• Licence application or temporary exemption application – you decide.
• The importance of ensuring the application is ‘duly made’.
• Negotiating through the licence representation process.
• Designing out the risk of criminal prosecution, civil penalty, and/or Rent Repayment Order.

it should be a good and useful webinar – particularly if you are an HMO landlord (and if you rent to sharers – you probably will be).
