Conference Norwich 2019

Thank you for your booking on our 2019 Conference in Norwich.

The Venue

The Conference Venue is the Sprowson Manor Hotel and Country Club.  The address is Wroxham Road, Norwich, Norfolk NR7 8RP.

You will find a Google map on your right (or below if you are viewing this on mobile).

Travel and parking

Sprowston Manor is just outside Norwich and has its own free on-site parking for delegates.

For people travelling by train, you will need to get a taxi to the venue – it is about 20 minutes away by car.

Accommodation

I am afraid that the hotel is now fully booked for the 16th, so unless you have already booked your room you will have to find somewhere else.

There are however many hotels in Norwich which is only about 20 minutes away by car.

Note that delegates who are staying at the hotel will be entitled to the following discounts:

• Spa – Monday -Friday 20% discount, Weekend 10%
• Golf – Discounted rate £22.50 per person.

To receive the discount you simply need to say that you are staying to attend the Landlord Law Conference.

Pre-Conference Dinner on 16th May

All attendees (and their partners) are welcome to attend the pre-conference dinner from 7.30 pm on 16 May.

This is usually a very enjoyable informal event and will allow you to meet other delegates, the organisers and some of the speakers.

Booking is not strictly necessary but if you want to attend it would be very much appreciated if you could complete the ‘dinner form’ linked from the green button below.

This will allow the hotel to cater for the correct numbers.  It will also allow you to notify them if you have any special diet needs.

Refreshments and meals at the Conference

A buffet lunch and refreshments in the comfort breaks are provided as part of the Conference package.

If you have any special diet requirements please email us and let us know so we can inform the venue.

Cancellations

Please see our  terms and conditions.  You can cancel without penalty during the first 14 days after payment, cancellations after that are subject to a £25 administration fee.  Note that we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations during the last 14 days before the Conference takes place.
