With over 30 years of dedicated experience in landlord and tenant law, Catherine is a formidable advocate for property owners. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996, she has specialised exclusively in this field, holding leadership roles within three of Wales’s largest social housing associations and advising government bodies and national charities.  Catherine has appeared on television regular radio stations.

Catherine has provided the advice for Local authority Housing Help Centres, supervised pro-bono legal advice services with Cardiff University, and supervises a team of 7 talented landlord lawyers.

A multi-award-winning leader, Catherine has received over 20 national accolades, including UK Managing Partner of the Year, Business Growth Award, and the Federation of Small Business National Award winner. Under her guidance, her team was named Housing Team of the Year (England & Wales) for the second consecutive year. Catherine’s deep understanding of housing law, combined with her experience working alongside tenants and charities, gives her a unique 360-degree perspective that she uses to provide unrivalled protection for her landlord clients.

Sheikh qualified as a solicitor in 2024, following five years of experience working within large international firms, including Hugh James.
