Which possession proceedings?

Have you served the required certificates?

These are:

  • Energy performance certificates (these should be served on contract holders no later than the date they move in, but can be served late)
  • Gas safety certificates
  • Electricity certificates

You need to be able to prove that you have done this, if challenged, and will also have to confirm this in the no-fault possession forms.
