Legal help, services and support for private residential landlords
The Landlord Law kits are step by step guides looking at specific areas of landlord and tenant law and practice.
One very useful kit is our kit on how to deal with changing tenants – ie if one tenant decides to leave a shared house or flat. How can you deal with this situation?
I have gradually been going over my various kits and guides bringing them up to date with the new Welsh law and this week it was the turn of this kit.
I have to say that it proved rather more time-consuming than I expected and I have spent several days on it.
The trouble is this Welsh law is all very new so everything has to be checked and double-checked. Still, it’s done for now – although no doubt over time there will be new cases which will require me to go in and do amends.
So, the kit has more or less doubled in size (and has a snazzier logo). However, I have decided to keep it at the same price of £60 (£50 + VAT). There is no member discount, as the kit is available to all Landlord Law members as part of their membership entitlement.
So if you are a member – log in and take a look. Or if you have purchased the kit previously – you will still be able to access it as you get ‘lifetime access’.
Let me know what you think of it – there is a feedback form linked from Module 5.
