More updates on Wales documents

The never ending task of dealing with the Welsh legal changes has brought forth more updates as follows:

• I have now done the draft text for conversion contracts for periodic contracts.  Note that this is not the Landlord Law version (which I will only do if people ask for it) but a general version for people to use to create their own contracts.  Check out the conversion contracts page here.
• Partly as a result of the conversion contract work and partly as a result of comments on the forum, I have now done some amends to the Welsh contracts.  Find out what they are from the changelog page.
• Over on my Your Law Store site, we have now done versions of our lodger agreements for Wales.  Along with Welsh lodger packs and a few other bits and pieces.  Find the Your Law Store site here.

As regards lodgers, don’t forget there is also my free Lodger Landlord site which has also had an update to take account of the Welsh rules.

Finally, I have done a blog post on the transition rules here on the Landlord Law Blog.  I put it there as people may want to comment and we don’t accept comments on this blog.
