New Forum Help

I have been reading the feedback from members on our January feedback survey (and thank you if you left some feedback) and it looks as if some members are still struggling with the forum.

So I have now replaced the rather long and rambling video which I did a few years ago with short and snappy videos as follows:

• Your profile on the forum

You may have noticed that I have put some new links at the top of the Members Dashboard one of which is the forum.

You can also find it via the green button service – put ‘forum’ in the ‘search for help’ box and you will see it listed at the top.
