Possession Proceedings Training Day recordings now available to Landlord Law members

There have been a number of changes in the possession procedure what with covid and everything.  So last year we ran a training day featuring solicitor David Smith, his assistant Neli Borisova and housing barrister and Deputy District Judge Robert Brown,

It was a really good event and enjoyed by all (so far as I am aware).  

The program talks were:

• Analysing the tenancy with David Smith
• Possession notices with David Smith
• Dealing with the possession claim forms and issuing with Neli Borisova
• Two talks on Court Hearings with Robert Brown, and
• A talk on Enforcement with David Smith and
• An hour of questions from delegates with answers from the speakers

All delegates had access to the recordings until the end of 2021 but that is now over.  So the recordings and other material is now being made available to Landlord Law Business Level members.
