New Training to Help ‘Rent to Rent’ Landlords

As discussed in the previous post here, we had a special training event on ‘rent to rent’ on Wednesday 4 November (in association with JMW Solicitors).  Which went really well.

We had talks on

• What is ‘Rent to Rent’?
• The property owner
• The ‘Rent to Renter’ landlord
• Planning and HMOs, and
• Common problems which occur in rent to rent situations

Most of the talks were taken by solicitor David Smith who most Landlord Law members know well as a genuine expert and clear and easy to understand trainer.

The Rent to Rent Training

As there continues to be demand for this, for example from people who did not book for the live event on time, I have now released the recorded talks, along with the PowerPoint presentations and bonus videos, as an online training course.

The Rent to Rent Agreement

David has also drafted up a special ‘rent to rent’ agreement – as many of the problems in ‘rent to rent’ situations are caused by inadequate paperwork.

This agreement is also available either as part of the course fee (the cheaper option) or it can be purchased from the training page.

There is also a one-hour telephone advice service where you can book a call with David, for £260, to discuss YOUR rent to rent business.

The agreement and the advice service are only available to course delegates.
