Legal help, services and support for private residential landlords
Landlords are becoming increasingly worried about the energy efficiency upgrades their properties are going to need.
The government has indicated that newly rented properties will need to have an energy rating of C by 2025 and all existing tenanted properties by 2028. But this is likely to prove expensive, particularly for older properties.
At Landlord Law, we have been looking into the help being provided by Local Authorities for our Local Authority Directory, and have been publishing some of our findings on the Landlord Law Blog.
We have now taken our research a step further and developed a short eBook setting out all that we have been able to find about sources of grant and other aid.
The eBook has a huge number of links out to government and other websites which can help and where you can find more information.
So if you want to look into the whole question of energy upgrades and what to do – this ebook is a great place to start!
It is relatively inexpensive at £6 (£5+VAT) and if you are a Landlord Law member you get an automatic discount if you are logged in at the time of purchase!
