Newbold Solicitors – our new Welsh panel solicitors for advice and eviction

As you should know, housing is devolved to the Welsh Assembly. 

As a result, housing law in Wales is gradually moving away from the English system.

Our panel solicitors for telephone advice and our recommended eviction solicitors are all excellent at English law but I suspect some of them would struggle with the Welsh rules.

So I am delighted to announce that Newbold Solicitors, whose three offices are all in Wales, have now joined the panel.

They are now available for general telephone advice and are also one of our recommended eviction solicitors (a members-only service).
