How to access the conference webinars

The webinars will be hosted by our ‘Big Marker’ webinar software.  However, delegates access this via the Conference website.

All delegates have now been imported into the Conference Website.  If you have just booked your ticket, you will be imported very soon.

On 8th October morning, by 9.00 am, you need to:

  • Be logged into the Conference website.
  • Follow the links in the emails that will go out to you shortly before the talks, or
  • Find the talks page yourself on the Conference Website
  • Shortly before the talks start, you will see a link there to click to access the talk
  • You should be able to click through to the webinar software from there where the talk will take place
  • Note that a ‘waiting room’ will open 15 minutes before the talk starts
  • Once the talk starts, the waiting room will open, and you will be taken to the webinar page

We have a guidance page here which has more information.

If you just can’t log into the website, send a message via the Landlord Law Green Button messenger with your name and email address (you should be able to see the button bottom right on your screen) and I can generate a ‘magic link’ for you.  But if you request this after the conference has started there may be a delay before I can do this for you.

How to access the recordings after the conference has taken place

We will be recording all the talks and (assuming nothing goes wrong!) these will be loaded up to a special password-protected page.

It will take a while for this to be completed, as we will need to edit all the recordings and set the page up.  Once this has been done, all delegates will be notified and given guidance on how to access the page.

You will have access to the recordings for three months after which your access will be automatically terminated.  However, if you need extra time contact us and we can extend your access time.

How to find your receipt and information email:

If you have paid on invoice

You will have our invoice with details of the cost and VAT.  We will send out your information email manually.  The information below regarding online payments does not apply.

Note that most invoices will be issued by Easy Law Services Ltd rather than Landlord Law.

If you have paid online

Our receipt and information email are sent out automatically.  If you do not see our emails in your inbox –

To find your VAT receipt – do an email search for  Your Landlord Law Services order has been received!

To find the information email – do a search for Thank you for your Online Conference Booking.

For guidance on how to download your receipt from the Landlord Law site click here.

Note that sometimes people input the wrong email when making a purchase, meaning that all our emails go off to the wrong email address!  This could be why our emails are not showing in your inbox.  Please do the search first, but if you still can’t see the emails, get in touch via our green button service, making sure you give your name and the correct email address, and we will check for you.
